The second phase of the “Giardini Torre Conca” project is under construction. Five amazing apartments, each one with garden and sea view, will be ready for delivery in the summer 2024.

We have completed the plasters in the prestigious Villa Salone. The installation of all house technologies as well as installation of the private infinity swimming pool and the fence have been started.
