Pini building with its 5 amazing sea view apartments were successfully completed. First apartments were handed over to new happy owners.

Works are in progress on both Belvedere Palermo and Salone villas. Check how fare we are!
On Belvedere Palermo we have almost completed a new roof, all internal partitions as well as preparation for facade doors and windows. The maintenance of the local beautiful greenery is ongoing as well, especially pruning and trimming of mighty oleanders, agaves and olive trees.
